Error 553: Domain is not in my list of allowed RCPT hosts

This error occurs when you are connected to one Internet provider but are trying to send email through another.

Possible scenarios are:

• You are using Allstream for your Internet connection and your email is hosted with another provider. In this case you should use smtp.integra.net as your outgoing mail (SMTP) server. If you are still getting the same error message, please contact ISP Support to have your IP address added to our mail server’s allowed list.
• You are using another provider for your Internet connection but Integra is providing your email. You can send through the Allstream server if your email is hosted with Integra, even if your connection is hosted with another company. Please contact Allstream ISP Support to help enable SMTP authentication.
